In retrosepct......

I just re-read my post from this afternoon and it was really disjointed, wasn't it?

The 9-patch quilt is coming along.  Eight rows are finished and joined together.  Now I am wondering.  Maybe I misunderstood how many squares to put in each row, but I do like the size so far.  We decided that we wanted it to be a bedspread style rather than a comforter with a dust ruffle.  Because the basic size will be larger now, I think I am going to need to make more squares.  Before I do that I need to put what I have on the bed, so some eye-balling to see what is needed yet, and talk to Betty about planning for more.

After this quilt will be work on either the dinosaurs for Owen or the t-shirt quilt for Clay.  Then I will need to plan for Cooper's quilt.  Lots of sewing to do!

Plans for tomorrow - heading to Pyrmont to watch the kids while Hilary goes to the doctor about her blood pressure.  Gary needs to run into Lafayette for blood work for his appointment on Feb. 14.  Then we plan to take the kids somewhere to meet Hilary for lunch.  Fun times with the kiddos!

This kid is heading to bed to read for a bit before falling asleep.  I am not enjoying sleeping much lately.  Dreams are creeping in that are just strange.

Another rambling post.
